No explosive inflammable or otherwise dangerous goods shall be tendered without the presentation of a full description of those goods and in default thereof the sender shall be liable for all loss and damage caused.
It is hereby expressly declared and agreed that insurance shall be taken out by the customer to cover the damage to the goods and JACKS or its agent shall not be liable.
